I have a request to do a step and repeat for an event. Essentially each person will pose in front of a green screen for photo(s), and he/she will access his/her own photo(s) online via a pin, given to them afterwards. Does anyone know a good way to manage the pin generation and photo access? Looking for a simple/cost effective solution since this is a one time ask.

The simplest way would be to set up password protected pages, with the pin being their password. Pretty much any site/web host can do this - but it depends what extra functionality you want. Do they need to be able to comment on it, rate it, buy it? Or are they just looking at it/downloading it?

Just need a way for each person to see and download the photo online, without seeing other people's photos (privacy reasons). Expect to have over 1000 people over 3 days. Each person/group of people may have 2-3 photos taken.

Manually creating individual private gallery with pin as password is not feasible. Looking for an automatic way.

are you going to notify them after the event or make them keep track of something from the time they get their pictures taken until the pics are up and ready?

Each person/group gets a pin, they can go to a URL, enter the pin, and access their photo(s), one day after the event.

No plan to collect email address or phone number to notify them when pictures are ready. They just have to check the URL themselves.

If you are just looking for a random PIN generator see https://numbergenerator.org …-4-digit-number-generator (external link). If you chose to use a computer to track assigned PIN’s, and are familiar with Excel iot could also be done that way.
