This little guy came to visit us last night. This is the first time we have seen one in the garden and the first time I have seen one as high as 700 m.
Trichodes alvearius. Pretty isn't he/she? I think this one is very freshly emerged, judging by the profusion of hairs. These are usually lost quite quickly.
