Headed to Photoshop World in May...

I've decided that I'm going to head to Orlando in May to participate in the Photoshop World Conference and am not quite sure how much of my kit to bring along. I do not plan on bringing my fully loaded roller bag, but was curious as to what items you all have found to be indispensable when attending things like these. I am flying, so space/weight is of course an issue. Thanks for your thoughts and insight.

For me the essentials would be comfortable shoes, credit cards, fully loaded DOP kit, business casual clothing, the smart phone and charger, a well rested start. I might break down and throw in a notebook.

Good call on the comfortable footwear. Lots of walking to be done for sure.
What about camera gear? Was thinking 5diii, 24-70, and a flash and call it good. Any reasons to take a more complete camera kit if I don't plan on doing any super specific workshops?
