I am thinking of going to Panasonic and using this combination.
However the thread of the 60mm lens is 46mm so how would I attach it to the Raynox 250?
Has anyone done this? Any advice?

The universal clip-on thingy needs to go on lenses with filter sizes from 52mm to 67mm, which is not right for your lens. But the bare Raynox has a thread size of 43mm. That's what I would try. So you would need a step-down adapter, 46-43mm. Better confirm, though, because I have not tried this. Canon R5 and R7, assorted Canon lenses, Sony RX100, Pentax Spotmatic F

(And that is a reason why I don't own any Raynoxes!) Step-down adapters seem to be very cheap things to manufacture. If Raynox would get on the ball and make xx-43mm step-down rings available, they would probably double their sales. Thanks for that I found this

You would need a step-down. The first number is always the lens, the second is the filter. OK, by "filter" I mean the bare Raynox. You would need 46-43mm, not 43-46mm Canon R5 and R7, assorted Canon lenses, Sony RX100, Pentax Spotmatic F

Depends what's the reference. Wonder whether this is why difference in expressed views? Plus the bare Raynox versus the adaptor. Yes.
In the first alternative, the bare Raynox is installed into the snap-on adapter, and the snap-on adapter with the Raynox is fitted over the end of the lens. The Zuiko lens is too small for the adapter, so a step-up ring is needed to fill the gap. In the second alternative, the bare Raynox is screwed into the filter thread of the Zuiko lens with the aid of a step-down ring. Racketman declares that you need what he said, and that is alternative 1. In the link I provided, Peter Bartlett, a professional photographer and blogger, says alternative 2 is better. The method I was describing earlier with davholla was method 2. The salient info is out now, the decision is up to you guys! I don't have a dog in this fight, I have neither the Zuiko lens nor the Raynox! (For now.)Canon R5 and R7, assorted Canon lenses, Sony RX100, Pentax Spotmatic F
