Have any of you 5D4 owners had issues with your multi-controller? To be very specific.. I took my camera to Florida last week and the day I arrived I put the camera back together (grip, batteries, lens, etc.) and all was ship shape. I took it on a day trip a couple days later (I had used it on the previous days) and I reached into my bag and the multi-controller was gone. I found it on the bottom of my bag later and it was not replaceable. I treat the camera like a baby and I am not certain how damage could have occurred though I am not discounting the possibility. I have already sent it to Canon for repair hoping it would be under warranty since it's less than a year old - no such luck. I went around and around with the rep but all I got was "we've never seen this before." So, has anyone had an occurrence of this on your 5D4? I know the 5D3 had issues but I could not find the part online or a recorded instance of this happening online either prior to me sending it in...
