Apr 07, 2019 08:51 | #3 It is free if you own a Luminar 2018 or Luminar 3 license. Copy your Luminar license number from your "My Software" portion of you Skylum. Install Flex and paste in the license number to activate Flex. If you don't activate it, it will be running as a trial copy.

As a luminar 3 owner, I'll look into it. I did not get an email. I stopped using the app when they added the DAM. It caused nothing but problems for me. I can only assume others complaining about the same thing is what generated a DAMless luminar release. I wonder if it's free to registered users. Will find out. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't think so. I have no issues whatever with Luminar 3. However, unless your computer has an awful lot of grunt, I suspect it can be slow, especially to load, if you've pointed it at a huge amount of images. I find Luminar much more useful as a plugin in Photoshop, without the DAM, which isn't accessible when used as a plugin. ***************

I'll give it a try. Thanks for the info. Website

Thanks for the info. I was using Luminar 3 as a standalone. I do not want nor need the dam so I'll give it a go as a plugin. Thanks. Website
