We were on a boat, taking a "dolphin tour" and this happened directly in front of me - in an instant. The young gull dove in and pulled out the fish and as it began to fly away the adult flew in fast from the right and attempted to steal it but failed - all in a matter of a few seconds. I was setup for photographing the dolphins, so I blew the exposure on this one but it was still neat to see. Thanks for sharing. it’s always very fun to read the story behind the scene of a great photograph. EyeSpyEagle wrote in post #19437329 I've not seen a Collard KF. This guy has beautiful color.
