Red-tailed Black Cockatoos are such charismatic birds. This female is totally engrossed in her Casuarina seeds.

A Welcome Swallow in the milliseconds before it swallows an insect. These birds are one of my favourite subjects to shoot, and extremely challenging to catch in action. I was using a shutter speed of 1/8000sec here.
