They usually flip the fish in the air and recatch it, for a heads first swallowing (whole of course)

Truly nice series of shots, Jake. Very sharp with excellent detail in the close-up. I've witnessed them do the fish flip before. At first I thought this one GBH was just playing with the catfish he caught, but then when I saw him catch it head fist, I realized what he was doing.
