I like these cameras. Can't live with the electronic viewfinders and the optical finder on these does me well. Use the rear screen and a magnifier with the camera on a tripod for a lot of images.
Friends using the X-T2 have a firmware update that added Focus Bracketing. Fuji corporate says it is not being added to the X-Pro2 because "owners don't use the camera that way". As if we don't want it? Or would not use it if added?
Fuji Tech folks say it can be added via firmware update as with the X-Pro2.
The answer is not in buying a separate body - one with an electronic only finder, just for this feature. If it comes to a different body to get this I'll go with Nikon. That way I have an optical finder.
Come on Fuji - Add this feature. Yes, I know it was not on the camera when bought. It was not on the X-T2 when owners first got them either. It was added. So add it to the X-pro2. Pushing one to buy another camera is pushing some of us to another brand and getting out of Fuji.
