Metal cast umbrella bracket with adjustable flash shoe... Used these for a while, but ended up with a new stand/flash system and I no longer need this.

Asking $15 shipped and paypaled in the US, the only plastic on this are the thumbscrew handles, the rest is all metal and quite robust.
