I have read and reread the manual and there is no mention as to how to enter such things as Author information to be included in the EXIF info.

I have also perused all "Menu" items and nothing seems to suggest this possibility.

Is there a way to program this information in the camera; or, am I stuck with having to manually enter the information after the fact ?

Thanks for reading and all help is appreciated.

I didn't see anything about it in the User's manual. I'm a bit surprised it doesn't provide that capability.

I add that info automattically when I import files into my computer workflow. But the fact is, many social media platforms strip the metadata anyway.

Also, including that info provides no additional safeguards to copyright infringement ... in the US at least.

All in all not anything to worry about.

Like you, I am surprised that it doesn't provide that capability.

I guess it looks like I am stuck with adding the info after the fact.

I have not as yet ever posted anything to any type of "social" media; anywhere I might post a picture leaves all EXIF intact.

I like to be able to see who took a picture and also where they are from, plus as much information as possible --- for historical reasons if for nothing else.
