We have a wonderful breeding site here in the Scottish Highlands located at Brough near Thurso in Caithness. St Johns Pool has a couple of paid hides and a free public hide. Well worth a visit if anyone is in the area. One of the hides is set into the ground so that the windows are almost at water level. They are fitted with one way glass so the birds can't see you too easily so the views are amazing
