Login Issues...

Anyone know how to contact a moderator or admin person regarding login issues?

Trying to log in from another device, but I forgot my password. Clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link was useless. Tried 4 times, never got an email response. I do get forum updates via my email, so I know it's not my email that is the problem (yes, I checked the spam and junk mail folders).

I tried pm'ing a mod, but got no response.

You can always report your own post. But, anyway, I reported your post as a "Techincal Issue." A moderator should respond soon.

It looks like your mail received the mail without errors. I tried it just now. Checked also our mail server during and after the process, nothing lingering in mail queue with errors. There is not much we can do as the mail server in the other end has all the power to do whatever it likes. It could be so that your mail provider has tagged thread notifications as "allowed" and pass reset mail still has to be approved there. It's an old outdated mail service, which can get problematic.

If you can log in from other devices, you can get the pass from the browser, the pass reset page has all the info there. https://photography-on-the.net/forum/password​_reset.php

If you want to change your pass, you can do it in https://photography-on-the.net/forum/fyeo.php​?show=password if you know the old pass.

Weird thing regarding the email.

Anyway, I was finally able to log in (remembered my password).
