Reason for selling: The issue with the lens and why the price is discounted is because on my 5d Mark IV (haven't tested this issue on other bodies) the lens at first does not work. Meaning, the lens makes some focus pulling sounds and the body at first doesn't recognize that there is a lens attached. And then you turn off the camera and turn it back on and everything works flawlessly. Focus, Image Stabilization, and image work without an issue. So basically, you turn the camera on, turn it off, and then back on again for the lens to be recognized.

This would be a good purchase for anyone who works on lens repair, or for anyone who wants this lens at a discount and is ok with having to do the quick 2 second workaround before each use.
