Plus, you can submit images via the web, and they mail you the prints, so even if an outlet is not conveniently close to your home, it is not a great hardship to order prints. For that kind of thing you probably won't need art paper and archival inks so Costco will be fine. I have also had good results with Mixbooks but that was for a small book not individual prints.
