Amazing to see see where we have been. I was doing some cleaning and found the old point and shoot I had purchased a number of years ago. First "real" camera. It was an Olympus Stylus 720. 7.1MP. Waterproof/shockproof. I bought it for a travel camera. Took quite a few photos with it when my kids were pretty young. Then we got a Canon Rebel and cell phone cameras got better. Had not seen it in a few years and found it in drawer. Charged it up and decided to take a few photos in the backyard. Downloaded them to the computer and wow, not the quality that I remembered. Had to use flash even in the shaded backyard. New stuff is so much better but that was a cool little camera. Thought maybe I would keep in in the car for a just in case camera but not sure it is even up to that role. Kind of funny how times change.
