Words of ... wisdom?

Found this along a trail to the beach. It fully qualifies as graffiti in a public place, so that kinda turned me off, but I still stopped and looked at it. The penmanship is laudatory, and would have had to have been done while laying on one's belly. Extra credit for effort.
