What Jeff makes has no bearing at all on this. Also stock prices have nothing to do with this either. News drives stock prices these days, the typical indicators be damned.

What does change stock prices though is when a CEO sells off 980K shares. What does affect Jeff is his divorce, and likely this sale will take care of the post-divorce arrangements, along with the 4% interest in Amazon going to his ex-wife. :) Too bad his personal life is what is really affecting everyone else that has an interest in Amazon. By the way Jeff owns a few other things too like the Washington Post, Blue Origin, and a host of other major interests.

One mistake on some $10,000 items didn’t put a dent in his wallet. What’s $10k to amazon? It’s a write off trust me when you make over $100k a year you need every write off that’s the bottom line! This new tax law bends middle class over. If you got a Lens or ordered a bunch of items over $10k enjoy it! It was no mistake. Amazon is the wealthiest company in the world they got the best of the best! My friend got ripped off he got his cash back fast! That Chinese dude and many ripped off amazon out thousands of dollars! He got greedy FBI got him. Wealthy people need a break! Delta paid me almost $3000 to give up my seats this past November! Paid food and got American Express credit cards! Write off enjoy it people! A break is flush a ton of cash down the drain! Enjoy it all of it if your a prime member! About to become one myself! Viva amazon viva tax breaks
