Item is in excellent condition. It includes everything as if you purchased it new. Also included is the thumb controller that retails for $120 by itself.
I'm also include in a Moza 1/4-20 thumb screw and a Hejnar Photo quick release plate. This allows you to quick release your camera with compatible Arca plate. Otherwise, you'll have to unscrew the screw everytime to disengage camera.
