This Canon rumor was interesting. Although the buffer is not huge, isn't 16 FPS getting close to the 1DX mk ii and Sony A9?

That seems like far more than ample for an M6 body. The 1/16000th shutter speed would be a fair leap.

PS: tried to delete and repost this in the camera rumors, but forum software refused. Maybe a MOD can move it.

Probably limited to one shot mode and then 10fps for ai servo.... If Canon followed suit here like some of their previous releases.
