Really great shots. You demonstrate what can be done with m43 format.

I bought a Godox 3350O last night so would really like to see your DIY diffuser setup.
Also are these all focus stacked in camera?
What ISO. aperture, etc would be really nice to know too.

My journey on macro is slow, but getting there.

Wonderful shots. Very well done. That first shot is the most beautiful photo of a fly that I have ever seen.

Thank you! It's a very capable format, the small form factor lends itself very well to macro

Shot most of these at ISO 200, 1/160, f7.1-f11
The diffuser I use is a smaller version of this (was larger for the Canon system)

I wish we had colourful grasshoppers like that in the UK - are they poisonous?
What is the material in your diffuser?
I would love to know what that fly is.

Outstanding photography ! Really enjoy your work.

I mainly use canon equipment, but do enjoy using my e m10 II. I’m interested in the Godox TT 350O you’re using. Do you use it wirelessly any, or wired?
Thanks for any information.
James

Go do it, I would rather miss going on holiday for a year than not have a macro lens.
However saying that some people do really well with Raynox (I didn't know that when I bought my lens) - so maybe you don't need to.

I would love to know what that fly is.

No clue on their toxicity, , guessing yes based on the warning colors.
The diffuser is two layers - first of tracing paper and the second front shield of packing foam

Thank much, James! Most of my images are with flash on the hotshoe..I use the diffuser to bring light as close to the subject as possible
