Small Cullmann-Backpack I bought a few years back for about 50€ new, don't remember the name:
It can pack my two APS-C Canon's with no problem, even with a 70-200 f2.8 attached to one of them.
I've had a 24 attached to the other one, but that was impractical since (despite being a pancake-lens) it forced me to place the tele diagonally.
The low "depth" of the backpack does require me to flip the tripod collar upside down so the reversed lens hood fits.
If I remove the 80D off the 70-200 I can store 1-2 additional lenses.
The backpack doesn't offer any quick access apart from just opening it up, so carrying it this way allows me to still pull out the 70-200 without needing to completely open it wide but just a little bit.
Also, since it's my most-used rig, I can prepare it back home/before heading out.

Since my equipment kept growing I bought a Lowepro Vertex 300 AW, which obviously offers much more space.
I will take a "Loaded" picture of it on the weekend, this was from the first use.
Note how the 700D and the 24mm pancake almost disappear into the depth.
The black case houses a DJI Mavic Pro, next to a 24mm f2.8 STM and the "emergency backup" 18-55 Kit (which barely travels anymore).
In the center you see the Tamron 70-200 f2.8 and the Mavic's remote, on the right the two bodies (80D and 700D), a 50mm f1.8 STM and and some empty space at the top (often filled with chargers, or the mouse for my Laptop*.
Soon a large prime is going to be added to my equipment, which will probably take the place of the Mavic and move the Pancake to a pouch or up to the top.

*I use a 17" Acer Aspire 7, which fits in the Laptop compartment just fine (along with it's bulky charger) despite Lowepro claiming a 15" Limit:

Of course, a 17" Laptop adds considerable weight.
