Does anyone know if this m.2 SSD can be put into a 2017 or 2019 iMac?

I can't seem to find if there is a bracket that will allow this to be installed and still maintain the read/write speeds.

There is an adapter you can buy, but not all drives work with Mac OS. flickr

Carefully read the reviews at the Amazon listing. The drive is a nightmare to clone.

In m opinion, and I‘m an engineer/IT person, Apple makes after purchase modifications difficult. They would rather do the work themselves or sell you a new unit. Look around where you live and you might be able to find an independent shop to replace the hard drive.

Their products are top of the line and the information provided on the site is second to none ... even if you end up going with another vendor.
