My wife put her Canon M50 in the closet and bought the Nikon D7500. I'm sure we will begin browsing info here but is there a dedicated Nikon sight as large as POTN is for Canon?

Hi Chuck,

Congrats to the wife!

There are a few, but I end up back here. To me, it's more easy going & I "know" a lot of the folks here already. I, too, am a Canon defector to Nikon.

The sites I know of are:

Nikonites.com
Nikonians.org
There is a big Nikon section on Fredmiranda.com too.

I have all Canon glass so when she began talking about wanting more than an iPhone for photos I showed her Canon bodies. She wanted light weight and small, hates my 5d4. She held a Rebel body and a 77D and said it was just okay, so I suggested the M50. She LOVED it, at first, but when the honeymoon ended she noticed her fingers were always on top of buttons and she just couldn't get along with the menu system.

Enter the D7500. Large enough but still plastic light, and she loves the Scene choices. All is good for now.

I had the D7500 last summer...it's a surprisingly capable camera. Very close in capabilities to the D500 in terms of AF and image quality.
