The last lens lens I sold was the 17-40L (with difficulty, a while ago this was the best price/quality), I replaced it for the 16-35 f4L again.
I quit the 24-70's segment definitely now, if needed I can combine my 16-35 f4L & 70-200 2.8LII for the zoomrange.
For outdoor modelshoots I have the Sigma 50 Art + Sigma 85 Art, but they are so close (and the 70-200 II)
I tried to sell the 50 Art (as it's close to the 85 Art) for the Sigma 35 Art again, but people don't seem to know how good this lens is (way better than the 50L, I read many reviews before buying).
I did a modelshoot last week at the beach, strange enough I used the 70-200 2.8LII most.
Sometimes I go for the prime pureness and less large lens, sometimes for the zoom easyness.
With that f1.4 everything is bokeh and on a beach with grey sky and rocks, it was maybe better to work at f4 to see more of the rocks in the background, as rocks aren't disturbing.
For the rest i'm extremely happy with the switch from Canon 6D to Sony A7III with Metabones V, best decision ever, 95% are sharp keepers with the eye recognition etc...
I doubt I will ever switch to Sony glass as the adaptor works perfect and all my 2nd hand Canon glass was more affordable, Sony doesn't have much good priced secondhand lenses to switch my set...
