Touching up Teeth color for consistency

Not sure how to fix the teeth for a better consistency of color and perhaps whitening them but making it look natural? Also the imperfection on the lip?

Feel free to work with it and repost. I think post processing made this a problem?

Start here:

Teeth - Hue/Sat layer masked - desat yellows a bit, raised lightness on yellows a bit. Whitened by painting white on a soft-light layer filled with 50% gray.
Lip - cloned.

I unsaturated the yellow and used the healing brush on the lips.

My advice is to leave it alone. My dentist does not have white teeth. His preference is for natural color which changes over time. You can tell when you are looking at a smile that was created through modern dentistry; the teeth are unnaturally white. Dead give away. Also the bit on his lip is natural. While it is convenient to want to improve facial features the real as is face becomes one of plastic surgery and cosmetic alteration. It may not add as much value as you think it does.

Problem here is the post processing unintentionally exaggerates the yellow in the teeth... it's not representative of what you see in person before the original photographer modifies it. So honestly, this is taking someone else's post-processing and fixing something.
