I cropped this one to get rid of a large pole on the left hand side, boosted the colours a little too.

Is he an accomplice, or did you just get lucky?

It's funny, I have done a few shots using a similar ploy. My usual is to have a boat or part of a boat sitting right in the glare. It never occurred to me to put a human in that spot.
