The face shape is the clue. My first thought was a winged baboon. And it's only a gargoyle if it ejects water from a hole somewhere, otherwise it's called a grotesque. You possibly already know this. As Wikipedia puts it: The term originates from the French gargouille, which in English is likely to mean "throat" or is otherwise known as the "gullet"; cf.
