Thanks Renata
I have a few more to add, great idea of yours to start this thread.
I followed your postings closely while you travelled Oz, and since.
Your sure covered some territory on your holiday
I hope you enjoyed it as much as you seem to like posting pics of our big brown land
See link to one of our treasured poets, she composed many Australian favourite poems.

On your image of Albert St Uniting Church, was taken from our City Hall Tower?
My parents were married in that church many, many years ago.

I'd love to see what else you have.
The idea has been brewing in my head for quite some time and I didn't want to start this thread until it was clear that there's no similar thread and there are so many.
Thank you for following my Oz posts; and yes, I covered a lot of territory. I have thousands of images from the time when I lived in Oz in the 80's and early 90;s but they were all analogue and I haven't converter them into digital images. I covered the entire continent in depth back then and really off the beaten path.
Every time I visit Australia, I just love it and wish I could visit more frequently but the flight is rather a pain. 15 long non-stop hours is just a little too much for me.

Thank you for the link; I truly enjoyed reading Dorothea's poems. What a wonderful woman she was!
Yes, the Albert St Uniting Church was indeed shot from the City Hall Tower. And I'm so glad I shot it through that dirty glass full of reflections. Thank you for sharing the story about your parents' marriage being held in that church!
Thanks again for your wonderful contribution and your kind words.
This is what makes this forum so special! Meeting people like you and many others.
Keep posting or just visiting :)
