The Reflecta actually capture the colors correctly, and outputs 4608 x 3072 pixel images. They are only 72PPI, but DeNoise AI will out that image at 300PPI. My "no abra-cadabra" comment was about not being able to just scan and post. Even with a decent scanner, decades old slides take a little work to create a usable image. Thanks for comments.
