For Sale: Tokina 11-16mm Wide Angle

Can I interest anyone in the following:

1. Tokina 11 - 16mm Wide Angle Lens
   
2. Mint in Original box.
   
3. Owned this for 2 to 3 years, however, only used maybe 1/2 dozen times.
   
4. The reason I barely use it is because mostly I get by very well with my Tamron 24-70mm for wide angle shots. So the Tokina just sits.
   
5. No blemishes at all that I can see. Very Clean.
   
6. The only item I'm missing is the Lens Hood. I believe it's somewhere in the house but still looking for that.
   
7. Does come with both caps, papers and original box.
   
8. Price $260.00
   
9. Buyer adds 3.0% for Paypal plus $8 for shipping (I'll cover the rest of the shipping and insurance).
   

Nostalgia. I liked that lens so much, I bought, and sold, and bought, 3 copies. Eventually I went with Canon, but I really enjoyed experimenting with that Tokina lens.

I had no idea you could take pictures like that with that lens. Maybe I'll keep it....

lol .. one tip.

legs and feet are fine in the foreground like this, but make sure shoes or stockings are worn. I tried it with bare toes before and it makes them look like fingers grafted onto the feet !!

I used this Tokina in the coast redwoods too. My memories of the lens are all good. The only times I sold was due to needing cash, but replenished the lens afterward.

Still have this lens and still in same shape as before, just a bit older.

Lowering price to $225.00.

I recently bought a new wide angle and much more expensive Sigma so I really no longer need the Tokina.

Sorry but have not been able to locate the Tokina lens hood. That said, I do have a collection of other hoods, mostly Canon, and I do have the Canon EW-83E Hood which fits perfectly on the Tokina lens. You're very welcome to have that. Thank You.

Ok, I had another one in my sights, that does come with the hood, which as you know is very important with UWA lens to cut down on flare.
