(or I hope it is a Monarch). Kinda cool watching 50-100 pass every 5 min's...and occasionally landing for a snap.

Well At least you were right about the migratory part. Last year I counted 2 per minute, all flying S past me about this time of year. Nice shot, congrats

We just happened on the spot, saw quite a few with tripods/long lenses/etc. Pulled over, asked what everyone was shooting. Now we know for next year.
