2 - 24 x 36 inch soft boxes with grids for the edge and a 34 inch parabolic with diffuser for the front.

Croasdail making stuff up More info | The thing I like about your shots is the light fall of is just about perfect. Some people over power their shots and the gym goes too dark. You seem to have the lighting dialed in perfect. Well done as usual.

I take a picture with glasses on, then one with glasses off and photoshop them in there. You can mess with your lights forever to get the glare out (angle of incidence and angle of refraction) but doing it this way is a lot quicker. They are also then a bit brighter and no shadows from the frame. I personally think it's a win/win situation this way. But I will say that the first girl (#4) had no flare when I took the picture so I left it as is.
