I'm sure we've all been here, family calls and asks if you can take a few quick pics. I'm primarily a sports shooter so I'm usually a bit out of my element on these but shooting my grand niece seemed simple enough. Athletes move erratically all over so it had to be about the same, right? Not so much as I learned, especially when its spur of the moment, my flash decided to quit on me and my GN wanted nothing to do with a reflector (why I have one is beyond me). Shot these using available light with a 1D4 and 85 f/1.8 Definitely tougher than I thought it would be but I'm fairly pleased with the results. Crit always welcome if you are so inclined.
