Picasa and Catalina

I upgraded my Mac to MacOS Catalina and now I find out that Picasa is not supported anymore!
I have been using Lightroom to process images and Picasa to manage and final edit the photos for over a decade now. Not sure what are the other options to Picasa.
Any advice?
