The Z9 plays really well with the 300PF.
Like the 500PF, the 300PF is noticeably faster to focus on the Z9 than on my D500.

Not a typical day - in TX!

Yes, it was crazy cold!

On those, I just grabbed what was on my desk near the 300PF - which happened to be the original FTZ. I got an FTZ II with the Z9, but it's pretty much glued to my 500PF.

There's no functional difference whatsoever. The "II" just doesn't have the standoff at the bottom.
