I imagine she would be fearless.
Tread carefully!
I trust they're generally cautious and just run off if they sense your presence.

Richard it was not a good position to be in. I've had quite a few close bear encounters over the years
but never did I feel like my life was in jeopardy. The two close moose encounters the hair on my arms and head
instantly raised because I knew big trouble was so close.
Poof and I were chased two falls ago by two bull moose; that experience will last forever.
Coming around a corner to find mom and calf was just as bad, maybe moreso. What to do? Plant myself
behind a very large tree and keep shooting! And luckily the mom went the opposite direction.

So my experience is that the moose may instantly charge and try to run you over and not simply run off :(

I know moose will communicate with you their displeasure on your proximity...but they will charge you with intent
far more often than a bear will. The bear will communicate way more before charging unless it is a complete surprise
on him or her.
