Got a reply to a tech ticket sent to topaz labs today.
June 21, info sent to topaz.
June 26, a reminder sent, stating no reply to June 21
October 28, a reply from topaz labs.

4 MONTHS LATER!

To be honest, the reply started out "I apologize for the late reply."

Well, six words doesn't cover it.

Some free advice for you, Topaz.
Skylum's Luminar is climbing up your chute.
IMPO. it has far surpassed your legacy presets, the new Studio stuff and everything in-between.

And tech support replies 4 months late sure don't help.

I purchased Topaz AI Clear. Looked awesome in the app but had a bad worm effect after export back to LR. Export to HD as well. There was a good conversation about this in the Topaz forums. Sharing the results, looking for answers and one day a moderator shut the thread down. Didn't like talking about the bug/s. I read at Luminous Landscape that was pretty common. I got rid of everything Topaz on my computer.

I've always had great and fast replies from Topaz support, and have been using it basically from the word go (as I have Nik software).

No complaints from my side, just praise :).

You do need to download the latest versions every so often, is my experience.

HTH, kind regards, Wim
