Gopro Green Screen Issue

Hi Guys,

I have a lightly used Gopro Hero 4 Black. When viewing my footage back there is a huge area of the screen momentarily flashes green, coupled with a crack like effect. Looking on Gopro sites this seems to be a re-occuring issue across other models too. Has anyone had similar and what did you do to rectify it.

This could be a corrupt card, or, a counterfeit card. Do you have another known-good storage to test it with?

I don't have experience with the Hero series... but haven't had this problem with the Fusion, which is basically 2 hero 7 in one chassis.

My Gopro has hardly been used so I hadn't looked into this. A bit more research has pointed me towards the microSD card. Apparently my card which is a Sandisk Extreme 64gb XC1 is too slow. It has a number 3 in the middle of a U shape, this is too small and should be at least a 4 I have no other cards to test it on, so will have to bite the bullet and buy a newer faster card.
