I've been shooting for a number of years now and shooting models in the glamour, fashion, fine art, boudoir genre for about 2 years. I'd like to start making some money on the side with photography but I'm running into the following issues and I'm not sure how to balance things.

My portfolio and social media is 90% swimwear, boudoir, nude, glamour modeling work. Now I could be wrong but I see making money not on any of those things but rather on engagement shoots, family portraits, senior portraits, probably some private boudoir work. I say this because there's lot of photographers out there willing to shoot my genres for TFP/free. #1, am I incorrect here?

From there I enjoy shooting fine art nude, boudoir etc and want to continue from a creative aspect. How do I balance these things? Two completely separate digital lives? One for the business, one for "my" shots? Clearly can't market fine art nudes and senior portraits together. Is having two sides to a single website realistic or am I better off with separate names, URLs etc?

I would go with two separate portfolios for each of the prospective client populations. You could also have them on separate web pages.

I'd use separate websites and separate business names.
