This time I placed an order on 10/27, received confirmation from Bluesnap (who apparently does their billing now) but no e-mail confirmation and download information from Redfield. I have sent several e-mails to Redfield's CS contact and have received no response. Has anyone bought plugins from Redfield and has had issues with product delivery?
