How many people rent studio time?

Hi forum!

I'm wondering how many people have rented studios before.

1. What was your overall experience like?
2. What was great about your experience, and what was lacking?
3. If you could give advice to a studio owner to design the best possible photography studio rental, what would you say to them? Could be suggestions on the booking process, to the studio design, to their website design (hint hint: I'm actually a studio owner so if you WANT to make suggestions about my website I'd LOVE that! So yeah, I'm aiming to build the highest quality studio possible and while I get great feedback from my clients, a lot of them seem shy to really give a full critique, so I figured I'd come at this from another way, ask you all what you'd most like to see in a studio and see if I can build it into my own!
