Question for the group: I’m starting to do a bit more deliberate portraiture (as opposed to events and things where speed is of the essence) and was refreshing myself on “Brenizer method” portraits. I always thought they were a great look. But everything I can find here or elsewhere on the internet is several years old, including threads with example photos. Is this a style that has died off for any reason I should know about? I imagine improved software and computing power has made stitching even easier... would appreciate thoughts anyone has before I make myself look silly doing things that no one likes anymore!

Not sure why your seeing it a lot less...

I ran across this.... less than a year old http://www.thebrenizers.com …ding-jennifer-and-michael (external link)

The persons other weddings use this same method. It's just a personal style... not sure I would worry if it is the latest rage or not. If you like it, or your clients do.... who cares then how many youtube videos there are. Not sure that is a great metric to base your own personal style on. Do what feels natural to you.
