Tethering a D3500

I need to tether a Nikon D3500 to a PC/Windows 10 computer. I currently have a subscription to adobe which includes Photoshop and Lightroom.

The instruction manual for the D3500 was useless and a Google search revealed nothing specific for the D3500.

All I know is that the D3500 has a usb and an hdmi port.

p.s. I really, really, really only need recommendations specifically for the D3500. Please, I implore you to refrain from suggesting for me to get a D850 or any other camera. This is for a project I am doing and the ONLY camera I will have access to is the D3500. Buying , renting or borrowing another camera body is not an option unless you wish to donate your D850 to me for free. Thank you!

I have d3500 same issues i got but now in win 11 no issues for me and i read this guide now no issues like tethering or charging
