My 7D will die at some point soooo

Used MkII is like $800-$900. Everything you reference starts over 1k except a used 6D which I explained, no lenses to use so even after getting one, still shelling out money to be able to use the camera in the first place.

Also been shooting over a decade and I know about FF. I've looked and compared already and came with those options because price wise I knew where I was.

You will love the 7d2 if you end up with it!

I know, I was just hoping to go smaller. The ergo of the M50 is a no but ya said the M5 is behind the times. M6MkII is way too much, guess it's just a no to mirrorless for the moment. lol

Personally I'd wait until the 7D actually dies and deal with it then. Sounds like everything is fine for the time being.

When it does die look at cameras with solid eye autofocus systems and eliminate all others. I say this as a former 7D and 6D owner.
