I’m noticing that the OIS is constantly running. Like, even if I turn the OIS switch on the lens to “off” it’s still running. Any ideas? Is this just the way it goes? It’s a newb question, I know, but I can’t find answers. Help me POTN, you always have in the past. Fujifilm X-T2, Fujinon 16-55 f/2.8, Fujinon 50-140 F/2.8

Dec 10, 2019 01:53 | #2 That 50-140 has magnets holding the focus lenses, what you are hearing is just that, probably. Once the lens is powered on (by turning the camera on) you should hear a tiny wirrrring sound Fujifilm cameras and lenses.
