I shoot mostly with my 85/1.4 Otus, which is an incredible lens.

Using this, would I see much difference in sharpness between the two camera bodies mentioned?

I've found limited and mixed results when searching for the answer on Google. Some comparison images seemed nearly identical, but I wonder if they were shot with low quality lenses, because other site's comparisons showed a big difference. But perhaps in those cases, they slightly missed focus?

Can you direct me to a good comparison?

I think this does a pretty good job. It's not done with the Otus, but my impression is that the 11-24 is a pretty high-performing lens. And he does spend more time on Moire than sharpness, but lots of well-done samples for you to look at with an eye to sharpness
