I have a Manfrotto MK294A3-D3RC2 294 Aluminium Tripod Kit with 3 Way QR. It has got very stiff, what is the best way to deal with this? Any ideas?

Since you aren’t too specific, you might want to review https://www.dpmag.com …d-maintenance-and-repair/ (external link).

Also, should you decide to do some disassembly review the article at https://www.tipsforrea​lestatephotography.com …o/clean-manfrotto-tripod/ (external link). It discusses some specific points of caution with respect to Manfrotto tripods.

The link https://www.manfrotto.​com …omer-service/spare-parts/ (external link) might be able to get you a parts list. Sometimes they are helpful if you need to do any dissambly.

Thanks for posting those links, John.

The Real Estate site article says it covers my 055XPROB identically,
and I got parts lists for it and my cheapo Manfrotto at the other.
