The "Holy Lands of camera stores"

I am new here and I am interested in the photography industry in general.
I have a question related to the best stores in the world.. what are the best areas/ cities to buy cameras, in terms of density of good camera stores and in terms of the experience the stores are offering (besides b&h in NY)?

MAP in Tokyo for new,. and of course Used Camera Box for retro.

That's all I know.

Shinjuku West, Tokyo, with, among others, Yodobashi, Map Camera, Lemon, and Bic Camera.

From browsing Ebay, I get the impression that San Francisco has some good options.

Going international, Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street. Anything I ever needed, there seemed to be a shop that had it!
